Return Transport

Please organize the return transport in advance! We refuse to do the paperwork for you. Once done with your experiments prepare the dewar for transport by labeling, tying up and so on, and hand the courier order over to your local contact along.

Arrange the return transport between 8:00 – 12:00 from Tuesday to Friday, and avoid the return transport on weekends or public holidays. The earliest day of the return transport should be one working day after the end of the measurement period.

Please fill in the following form to provide us with the return shipping information. This information is required to prepare the dewar in time for the return to your lab and follow the transport of your dewar.

Once you submitted the on-line form an email will be sent to you automatically containing the data you provided together with a pdf file. This document can directly be used as dry shipper label. To print the label on-site select mxprint and collect the paper at the printer in the terminal room.
