Through our research infrastructures with broad, extremely powerful, AI-supported analytical and measurement know-how, we investigate material structures on various length scales from individual atoms to complete domains. This structural analysis provides valuable information about the material quality, especially homogeneity and strength. We carry out radiation hardness tests especially for space applications of electronics and photovoltaics.
