Tomography

Like the radiography system, the tomography system, which will shortly be completed, has a modular design and offers space for various measurement set-ups. A microfocus X-ray source with a maximum voltage of 100 kV, various detector options and extensive motorisation of the components make it possible to record tomograms or look inside larger samples at different positions.
