Fluid cells for OMICRON sample plates

Hermetically closed sample cells for fluids in high vacuum environments, where the liquid sample is separated from the vacuum by optional Kapton or Ultralene windows. The sample cells have to be mounted on Omicron sample plates to be transferred by compatible manipulation systems in the beam position.
