Milling

The HZB has nine CNC milling machines (5x 3-axis, 4x 5-axis) that can be used universally: Spinner U630 Advanced; Hermle (800+500); DMU 50; Primacon PFM24; Kunzmann WF4-CNC. The smallest parts as well as large components up to max. 500 kg can be manufactured with high precision and dimensional accuracy.

The programmes ‘Tebis’, “SolidWorks” and ‘Fusion 360’ are used for CAM programming. We require 3D files created with the CAD programmes ‘CREO’, “SolidWorks”, ‘Fusion 360’ or ‘Rhino 3D’ as original or STEP files.
