ROCK-IT

A collaboration between four Helmholtz Centers, KIT, HZDR, DESY and HZB, ROCK-IT aims to explore how we can achieve:

  • Higher throughput of Catalysis materials discovery.
  • A higher degree of automation in all aspects of beamline commissioning and experiment procedure.
  • Allow secure remote access to the experiment.
  • Allow remote access to data and compute.
  • Enable the use of AI in the alignment of the beamline and in the steering of the experiment.
