HPC cluster Z1

To get access to the Z1 cluster you need a ZIB account, which can be requested at Florian Schlichting. A short documentation can be found here. The HPC jobs are scheduled using Slurm.

Resources:

  • 20x NVIDIA A40 GPUs
  • 4 nodes with 4x A100 (40GB memory)
  • 4 nodes with 4x A100 (80GB memory)
