NEXAFS spectroscopy of thin films

NEXAFS spectrocopy in the soft X-ray region is performed at  BLiX with a laboratory spectrometer. This spectrometer is based on a laser-produced plasma source [1] in combination with an efficient transmission setupusing reflection zone plates as dispersive optics [2]. In the frame of SyncLab experiments with this lab spectrometer will be combined with measurements at different beamlines at BESSY II. First tests on organic thin films will start in fall 2020.
