Registration - Vendor Exhibition

Companies interested in participating in the Vendor Exhibition of the 16th BESSY@HZB User Meeting can register with the online form below.

We offer full booths (two tables, two metres wide) and half booths (one table, one metre) for a reduced price.

Deadline for registration will be September 30, 2024.

In case of oversubscription, the booths will be provided on a "first come - first served" basis. A binding confirmation on participation will be send in a timely manner.
