The Bruker D8 diffractometer is a fast and precise tool to characterize powder samples in the temperature range between 77K and 1200K. Samples can be exposed to different atmosphere, like Argon and Oxygen gas. An automatic sample holder for up to 7 samples is available. Libraries for data analysis allow phase analysis. Kβ radiation is removed by the software.
