U125-2_SGM is a multi-purpose VUV beamline. The polarization is fixed horizontal. Higher undulator orders are suppressed. Please note the interlock-requirements given below.
Interlock requirements: At this beamline the vacuum interlock is implemented via a Pfeiffer Ion gauge, which connects directly to the beamline electronics. The gauge can be provided by HZB or any user-provided Pfeiffer gauge can be connected. The simplest way to fit this is to mount a CF40 "T" to the beam port and to connect the beamline gauge there. The distance between the last flange and the focus shortens thereby by 125 mm. Please contact the beamline team before you install your end station.
