Diffraction@KMC-2
Diffraction /KMC-2
The instrument is located at the KMC-2 beamline, which provides linearly polarized light in the energy range of 4 keV – 15 keV for X-ray absorption spectroscopies (EXAFS, XANES), fluorescence, diffractometry and reflectometry. Beam intensity is stabilized by MOSTAB electronics with an accuracy of 0.3 %. The instrument Diffraction@KMC-2 is a 6-circle goniometer in psi-geometry. The sample is mounted on a motorized stage that allows movement in all directions.
Anwendungsbeispiele:- Rietveld analysis of the low-temperature phase transitions of metalorganic perovskite semiconductors
- Determination of cation distribution in sulfide semiconductors by anomalous powder diffraction and MEAD
