Course 2: 5.00 to 6.00 p.m.		 3.45 to 5.15 p.m.

Cost: €20 per year*

Employees and external participants are welcome. The courses are bilingual and suitable for beginners and advanced participants.

*The courses are part of the preventive health program at HZB and are supported by the management. The costs consist of the basic contribution to BSG HZB (12,- €) and the contribution for the yoga group (8,- €).
