Registration

Online registration will be closed at 24:00 CET on 26^th August 2019.

On-Site registration will be possible but only if you can pay by credit card.

The registration fee has to be paid by all participants, including workshop speakers and committee members.
The attendance at the scientific sessions is restricted to workshop participants only.
Accompanying persons can take part in Social Events (Welcome Reception (15.09.2019), Dinner at the Stone Brewing (18.09.2019) and the HZB Tour (20.09.2019)).

Important Information

Payment:
The online registration is powered by XING Events. XING Events will also issue the invoice and confirmation on behalf of the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin GmbH.

Invoice and Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your registration XING Events will send an e-mail confirmation including an invoice.

Cancellation of Registration:
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing or via email and is valid only with confirmation by the Local Organizer.
- If cancellation occurs between April 15^th and July 15^th, 2019 the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee. After this deadline there will be no refund.
- If payment has been made by the payment deadline and a visa is not awarded in time to travel to the event, the full registration fee will be reimbursed.

Substitution policy
Substitutions are permitted at no additional fee. To request a substitution please include the name of the person who you would like to transfer your registration to and their e-mail address in your written request to erl2019@helmholtz-berlin.de by 26^th August 2019.

You only have 20 min. to fill out the form, to save time please read the inforamtion below:
- If you come from an instiute that is in a member state of the european union then you need the VAT-No. from your institute (if you don't have it please ask your finance department)
- If you need an invitation letter then please have your Passport-No. ready
