VISA Information

The information provided here is intended to assist participants who need to obtain a visa in order to attend the conference. Please note that confirming visa requirements and obtaining a visa is the responsibility of the individual participants, the IPS-20 organization cannot be held responsible for this.

Invitation Letter for your VISA:

You can request a visa invitation letter from the IPS-20 organization by sending an email to ips20@helmholtz-berlin.de. Please note that invitation letters can only be provided to registered participants who have paid their conference fee in full.

Please use “VISA invitation letter request” as the subject line, and provide your full address details as well as your abstract title and ID number (if any) in your email.
