HySPRINT hosts University of Cambridge for workshop on inkjet printing
02.12.2019
In November 2019, Dr. Florian Mathies and Dr. Felix Hermerschmidt from the joint lab GenFab of Dr. Eva Unger (HySPRINT) and Prof. Emil List-Kratochvil (Humboldt Universität zu Berlin) hosted a three-day workshop on inkjet printing for collaborators at the University of Cambridge.
Our four participants of Prof. George Malliaras’ Bioelectronics Laboratory obtained insights into the basic theory of inkjet printing, its applications and plenty of hands-on practical experience in the areas of ink development, printing and data evaluation. Together they identified the specific requirements of printing for bioelectronic applications and framed guidance on tailoring the inkjet process for use with the system in the lab at Cambridge.
It was a pleasure for our HySPRINT experts’ team to host the collaborators of the Bioelectronics Laboratory and to provide an insight into state-of-the art inkjet printing!
We look forward to further fruitful exchange and intensive cooperation in the future.
