Important Information

Social programme (Tour and Dinner):
The amount of 50 EUR is included in the total registration fee and will be booked automatically during the online registration process.

Payment:
The online registration is powered by XING Events who will also issue the invoice and confirmation in the name of the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin.

Invoice and Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your registration we will send an e-mail confirmation including an invoice.

Cancellation of Registration:
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing or via email and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt by the Local Organizer.

- If cancellation occurs between March 20th and May 20th, 2018 the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee. After this deadline there will be no refund.
- If payment has been made by the payment deadline and a visa is not awarded in time to travel to the conference, the full registration fee will be reimbursed.

Students: The reduced fee is only available on presentation of a valid student ID. Please upload a copy of your student ID during the online registration. Accompanying persons: The fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and social programme
