Thank you for coming, listening, discussing...

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

It was a great pleasure to welcome you to the 16th Conference on Small Angle Scattering, SAS 2015 in Berlin which was the successful continuation of a 50 years’ old tradition.

Many plenary talks, oral presentations, flash poster talks as well as posters have reflected the most recent progress in instrumentation and data analysis and addressed the broad range of applications of this methodology, from biology to materials science and from colloids to polymers.

We would like to thank all of you for the high quality of the lectures, papers and discussions about the new developments in the various fields of small angle scattering.

We also sincerely congratulate the winners of the Guinier Prize Prof. Sow-Hsin Chen and of the Krakty Prize Marianne Liebi.

Best wishes and see you in Traverse City in 2018!
