Registration fees

Early Registration:

140 EUR (until 1st March 2018)

The registration fee includes:
- Admission to the sessions
- Coffee and lunch breaks
- Refreshments
- Welcome Reception on 19th March
- German VAT
Late & Onsite Registration:
180 EUR (from 1st March 2018)

Students (only with Student ID)

25 EUR

 

 

  

Online Registration available until 14th March 2018.

Students: The reduced fee is only available on presentation of a valid student ID. Please upload a copy of your student ID during the online registration.

Important Information

Payment:
The online registration is powered by XING Events who will also issue the invoice and confirmation in the name of the Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin.

Invoice and Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your registration we will send an e-mail confirmation including an invoice.

Cancellation of Registration:
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing or via email and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt by the Local Organizer.

- If cancellation occurs between February 15th and March 15th, 2018, the cancellation fee is 50% of the registration fee. After this deadline there will be no refund.
- If payment has been made by the payment deadline and a visa is not awarded in time to travel to the conference, the full registration fee will be reimbursed.
