Service Desk

The Service Desk of the department Front Office and Helpdesk (IT-FH) handles all requests concerning information technology at HZB and forwards them (if necessary) to the responsible IT experts.

What we can not afford

The maintenance of printers (e.g. adding paper, changing toner / rollers) is in the responsibility of each organizational unit.

In case of problems with the multi-functional devices (FollowMe) please contact the helpdesk.

The Service Desk Team

The service desk team contains of Andreas Burczyk, Boris Lechner, Ronny Trebuth, Kristin Sass, Eila Enderlein and Martin Ulrich as well as the external IT-service provider Jörg Bajorat.
