Creating a new PIN for the HZB multifunction devices (FollowMe)

Step 1

Go to the following website https://aqrate.basisit.de:8090 by any browser (while your device is connected to the HZB network). Otherwise use any browser at the Terminalserver SAS.

Step 2

Enter your HZB account and the corresponding password to the login screen:
<User name>
<Password / PIN>

Confirm by clicking at Log In.

Step 3

To receive a new Pin, click on Generate PIN

Step 4

The following message appears. Click OK.

Step 5

You will receive an email with your new PIN. You can log out from this website.
