Helmholtz Juniors

The Helmholtz Juniors (HeJu) represent Doctoral Researchers from all 18 Helmholtz Centers. They enable a close connection and solidarity and catalyse scientific exchange among DRs between the six research fields. Together with the doctoral researcher organizations of Max Planck PhDnet and Leibniz PhD Network the HeJu form the N2 network (called N squared), representing 18 000 DRs in the three non-university research associations in Germany. HeJu are divided into four working groups that are in close connection to each other: Working conditions, Survey, Communication, and Events.

HeJu fosters exchange and networking among peers and provides valuable feedback to managers of the Helmholtz Graduate Schools and Helmholtz Research Schools.
