HZB Research Schools

HZB doctoral researchers can participate in one of HZB’s research schools. These subject-specific structured programs offer scientific exchange, e.g. in the form of regular colloquia and oblige their members to conduct scientific and non-scientific qualification offers.

Doctoral researchers that successful complete their participation in a HZB Research School will receive a certificate that also lists the accomplished qualification measures.

HZB Research Schools in Cooperation with universities:

  • MatSEC - Research School "Materials for Solar Energy Conversion"
  • HyPerCells - Research School "Hybrid Perovskite Solar Cells"
  • FIT - Research School "Future Information Technology"

Doctoral degrees are conferred by HZB’s partner universities to which the main advisor is affiliated according to their specific doctoral regulations.
