Research Interest

  • Development of novel semiconductors, especially complex metal oxides, for photoelectrochemical energy conversion,
  • Modification of bulk, surface, and interfaces of photoelectrodes in order to improve the photoelectrochemical performance,
  • Fabrication of efficient tandem device for the production of solar fuel, and
  • Investigation of the semiconductor-electrolyte interface
